What's Covered

  • Defects in materials (metal quality, finish defects)
  • Defects in craftsmanship (construction issues, hardware failures)
  • Manufacturing errors (incorrect engraving, design flaws)
  • Structural failures under normal use

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (natural patina, minor scratches from use)
  • Damage from misuse or abuse
  • Damage from improper care or cleaning
  • Loss or theft
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties

Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom buckles, returns are only accepted if there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship, or if the final product significantly differs from the approved design. We encourage thorough review and approval of all designs before production begins.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defect, we'll cover return shipping costs. For returns based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges

Need a different belt size? We'll exchange it at no charge within 30 days of receipt. Contact us to arrange the exchange.

Product Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different product? Contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you to find the perfect piece. Price differences may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection.

Warranty Service & Repairs

Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your buckle has a defect covered by our warranty:

  1. Contact us with photos of the issue and your order details
  2. Our team will review and determine if it's covered under warranty
  3. We'll provide instructions for returning the item
  4. Once received, we'll repair or replace it at no charge
  5. Your buckle will be returned via insured shipping

Non-Warranty Repairs

Damage not covered by warranty? We still want to help. Contact us for a quote on repair services. Our artisans can restore your buckle to its original glory.

Turnaround Time

Most warranty repairs and replacements are completed within 2-3 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Refunds

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if the item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error.
